- Font: Open Sans
Copy and paste the below into the editing field, using one of the methods below:

[Position]

Abbey Gateway

Direct Line: [external number]
Outlook (Classic)
- Open Outlook.
- Go to File → Options → Mail.
- Click Signatures….
- Select New, give it a name.
- Type your signature in the editor.
- Under Choose default signature, set for New messages and Replies/forwards.
- Click OK.
Outlook (New)
- Open Outlook (New).
- Go to Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Click New signature.
- Enter your text and formatting.
- Set defaults for New messages and Replies/forwards.
- Save changes.
Outlook on the Web (Office 365)
- Go to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com).
- Click Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Under Email signature, enter your signature.
- Tick the boxes to add it automatically to new messages and/or replies.
- Save.
