Setting Up Your Email Signature

Signature and Format

  • Font: Open Sans


Copy and paste the below into the editing field, using one of the methods below:

Outlook (Classic)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to File → Options → Mail.
  3. Click Signatures….
  4. Select New, give it a name.
  5. Type your signature in the editor.
  6. Under Choose default signature, set for New messages and Replies/forwards.
  7. Click OK.



Outlook (New)

  1. Open Outlook (New).
  2. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Click New signature.
  4. Enter your text and formatting.
  5. Set defaults for New messages and Replies/forwards.
  6. Save changes.



Outlook on the Web (Office 365)

  1. Go to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com).
  2. Click Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, enter your signature.
  4. Tick the boxes to add it automatically to new messages and/or replies.
  5. Save.
