Making a Call
- Pick up the handset and dial either the internal extension (e.g. 580) or the external number (e.g. 01234 567890) you want.
- Alternatively to use the loud speaker leave the handset in place, dial the phone number and press 'Send'.
- You do not need to dial '9' for an outside line.
- To make an International Call you must dial '707' in front of the international number.
Transferring Calls
- Press the Transfer key displayed on the bottom of the screen (this will only display while in a call)

Key in the number that you would like to transfer the call to

Press the Transfer key again

You can now hang up
